Terms of Service

SCENIX is a SaaS platform for creating short videos using artificial intelligence. The service allows you to generate scripts, voiceovers, images, and assemble videos optimized for social media (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels).

• Registration is open to any individual aged 16 or older.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• SCENIX reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.

SCENIX offers several subscription plans:

• Free: 150 credits offered upon registration.
• Micro (€12/month): 600 monthly credits.
• Creator (€35/month): 2,000 monthly credits.
• Pro Viral (€79/month): 6,000 monthly credits.
• Studio Agency (€199/month): 20,000 monthly credits.

Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy (credit card), FedaPay (Mobile Money), or IvoryPay (crypto). Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• The credit cost of each operation is displayed before execution.
• SCENIX reserves the right to modify credit pricing with 30 days' notice.

• You retain ownership of all content you provide to SCENIX (source texts, URLs).
• AI-generated content (scripts, images, videos) is granted to you under a non-exclusive commercial use license.
• You may publish, monetize, and modify generated content without restriction.
• SCENIX does not claim any rights over content generated for your projects.

It is prohibited to use SCENIX to generate content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Infringing on the copyright or intellectual property of third parties.
• Pornographic in nature involving minors.
• Inciting violence, terrorism, or hatred.
• Constituting deliberate misinformation or fraud.

SCENIX reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to suspend the associated account.

SCENIX strives to ensure maximum service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or in cases of force majeure. No SLA (Service Level Agreement) is guaranteed for individual plans.

The SCENIX platform, its source code, design, algorithms, and brand are the exclusive property of SCENIX. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

• SCENIX shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
• SCENIX's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the last 12 months.
• SCENIX does not guarantee that generated content will be free of errors, biases, or inaccuracies.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• SCENIX may terminate your account immediately in case of violation of the Terms of Service.
• After termination, your data and content are deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.

SCENIX may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or notification on the platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance.
