Data controller
The data controller for personal data is SCENIX, a platform accessible at scenix.one. SCENIX is a SaaS platform for generating short videos using artificial intelligence (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels).

Data collected
We collect the following categories of data:
- Identification data: email address, first and last name (during registration or sign-in via Google/GitHub).
- Generated content: scripts, videos, images, audio files created through the platform.
- Usage data: actions performed on the platform (video creation, credit consumption, preference settings).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, session duration.
- Billing data: payment information processed by our payment providers (we never store your credit card numbers).
Use of data
Your personal data is used for the following purposes:
- Account management: creation, authentication, personalization of your experience.
- Video generation: processing your requests through our artificial intelligence models to create video content.
- Billing and subscriptions: plan management, payment processing, credit consumption tracking.
- Service improvement: anonymized usage analysis to optimize features and performance.
- Communication: sending notifications related to your account (security, billing, important updates).

Each provider is subject to its own privacy policy. We select partners that comply with GDPR or offer equivalent guarantees.
Google API & YouTube Data — Disclosure
When you choose to connect your YouTube account to SCENIX, we request access to the following Google API scopes:
- youtube.upload — to upload videos you created on SCENIX to your YouTube channel.
- youtube.force-ssl — to set and update video metadata (title, description, tags, privacy status).
- youtube.readonly — to read your channel information and retrieve video performance statistics (views, likes, comments).
Data collected from your Google account: your Google user ID, display name, profile picture, and email address. These are used solely to identify your linked YouTube account within SCENIX.
SCENIX does not share, sell, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third party. Your YouTube OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) are stored encrypted in our database and are used exclusively to perform actions you explicitly request (uploading or scheduling a video). No third-party service, advertising partner, or analytics provider receives your Google data.
Your Google/YouTube data (tokens, channel info) is retained only while your YouTube account is connected. You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time from your Settings page, which immediately deletes all stored tokens and associated Google data. Upon account deletion, all Google data is erased within 30 days.
SCENIX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Your personal data is retained for the duration of your active account. After account deletion, your data is erased within 30 days. Generated content (videos, scripts) is deleted immediately. Billing data is retained in accordance with legal obligations (10 years).
Your rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data.
- Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format.
- Right to object: object to the processing of your data.
- Right to restriction: request restriction of processing.
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time.

Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, strict access control, access logging, regular security audits.
Minors
SCENIX is not intended for minors under 16 years of age. If you are a parent and discover that your child is using our services, contact us so that we can delete their data.
Changes
We may modify this policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page.
